Refund policy

Digital patterns

Everything sold by Media Craft is a digital file delivered instantly. Because a pattern cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, we do not usually offer refunds.

When we will refund you

We will always put things right when something has gone wrong on our side. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase if:

• The file will not download, or will not open
• The file is damaged, incomplete, or is the wrong pattern
• You were charged more than once for the same pattern
• You were charged for a pattern you did not order

When we cannot refund you

We are not able to offer a refund because:

• You changed your mind after downloading the pattern
• You bought it by mistake and have already downloaded it
• Your finished item did not turn out the way you hoped
• You found the pattern harder than expected, or do not have the right yarn or hook

How to ask for a refund

Email us with your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within five to ten business days.

Your statutory rights

By completing your purchase and downloading your pattern straight away, you agree that delivery begins immediately. Where the law gives you a cancellation or withdrawal period for digital goods, you accept that this right ends once the download has started. This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty or is not as described.
