About these terms
Media Craft ("we", "us", "our") sells digital crochet patterns through this online store. By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.
What you are buying
Every product in this store is a digital file, usually a PDF crochet pattern. Nothing is physically shipped. You are buying a licence to use the pattern, not ownership of the design itself.
How you may use our patterns
When you buy a pattern, you may:
- Use it as many times as you like for your own crocheting
- Print a copy for your personal use
- Sell finished items you have made yourself by hand from the pattern, in small quantities, as long as you credit Media Craft as the designer
You may not:
- Share, resell, gift, lend, or republish the pattern file or any part of it
- Copy the written instructions, photographs, or charts into your own pattern, video, or blog post
- Use the pattern or its images for mass or factory production
- Claim the design as your own
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. We may cancel or refuse an order if we suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction, or if a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price.
Payment
Payments are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
Patterns are delivered as instant digital downloads. Our Delivery Policy explains how and when you receive them.
Refunds
Because patterns are delivered instantly, our Refund Policy sets out the limited situations in which we can offer a refund.
Intellectual property
All patterns, photographs, text, and designs in this store belong to Media Craft and are protected by copyright. Buying a pattern does not transfer copyright to you.
Accuracy of our patterns
We write and test our patterns carefully, but we cannot guarantee that your finished item will match the photographs. Results depend on your yarn, hook, tension, and technique. Patterns are sold as they are, for your own enjoyment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Media Craft is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our patterns or this store. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
