Media Craft sells digital crochet patterns. Nothing is posted or shipped, so there are no delivery charges, customs fees, or waiting times.

How you receive your pattern

As soon as your payment is confirmed:

• A download link appears on your order confirmation screen
• The same link is emailed to the address you used at checkout

When it arrives

Immediately. Delivery is automatic and does not depend on business hours, weekends, or public holidays.

How long your link lasts

Your download link does not expire. You can come back and download your pattern again whenever you need it.

What you need to open your pattern

Patterns are PDF files. You can open them on a phone, tablet, or computer using any free PDF reader, and print them at home if you prefer to work from paper.

If your pattern does not arrive

Please check your spam or promotions folder first, and make sure the email address on your order is correct. If it still has not arrived, email us and we will send it straight to you.
